Come play!

Play? Why?

Because as adults, we get stuck in loops of perfectionism, overachieving, and performing and forget one essential thing: how to have fun.

With the Noniz Play Method, I help you recognize the voices in your head and learn to play with them.

Because we don’t push them away, we let them be seen.

You meet your inner child, protectors, and together we soften the seriousnes and return to play, creativity and joy.

The Noniz Play Method

Online weekly play

Welcome to the online Playground. A weekly live gathering where we play, breathe, imagine, and create together using The Noniz Play Method. Sharing circles, playful rituals, and creative prompts help you bring more joy, clarity, and connection into your daily routine.

Reconnect with your Inner Child

1:1 play

Many of us want more joy and relaxation in our lives, but don’t know where to start. In a 1:1 session, we work together using The Noniz Play Method: a four-layer approach that connects you with your inner child, your protectors (Perfectionist, Critic etc.), your dreams & creativity, and helps you integrate it all into your adult self.

Play workshops

Come play in one of my play workshops, where we use the power of imagination, creativity, and childlike playfulness. We connect with our inner child, and from there I guide you on a journey through the experience of being a child, using the Noniz Play Method

Why play?

  • Because as adults, we spend too much time in our heads, while play brings us back into the present moment
  • Because the pure, playful child within us gets covered by layers, and play helps you reconnect
  • Because play awakens curiosity, imagination, and fantasy, the essence of who you are
Why Play for Adults?

Because your inner child is tired of being serious all the time.

Each play session is built around four core elements.

Mindfulness

Short breathing games to release stress and feel lighter.

Creativity

Fun prompts to draw, write, or move.

Imagination

Guided play journeys that spark wonder.

Connection

A safe group to share, laugh, and feel supported together.
