Draw your Spirit Noni
A playful workshop where adults explore our Own Spirit Noni through dance, imagination, and creation. After a guided fantasy journey, you draw your own Noni and bring it to life with playful activities.
Program:
1. Warm up games: name play, improv
2. Meditation: fantasy journey with creative prompts
3. Creation: draw your own Noni, bring your Spirit Noni to life
4. Play: share movements and dreams with your Noni
5. Closing: short circle, reflection
